This six-month coaching engagement is designed to build leadership knowledge, enhance skill application, and foster behavior and mindset shifts to deliver tangible business results. Participants receive 1.5 hours of individual virtual coaching each month with a Certified Executive Leadership Coach, along with a pre- and post-program Leadership Competency Assessment, including a comprehensive 360-degree review.
